Cruising the west coast of Canada

I have been traveling this last week in Canada for the O’Neill Cold Water Classic (CWC) in Tofino British Columbia. The first stop on my trip was Tofino. The land of rain forests and beach breaks. I had a few epic sessions with some of the local boys and also some other friends from the WQS. It was fun beach breaks. After  the CWC I jumped in the back of a van with some boys from the east coast of Canada and Nils Schwizer . We headed 5 hours down to the south Island in search of  point breaks and reefs. When we arrived in the city of Victoira we hit the town hard then headed off to the beach early the next morning. After hours of hiking and searching for waves we found an epic spot. This spot had a sick A frame, it was just like lowers but with no one out. Up the beach from that was a really heavy slab. A super heavy and crazy wave that was super sick but really shallow and  really good. After surfing there for days on end we headed to vancouver to party for halloween where what happens in vancouver stays in vancouver….slab-12
