Hey, my name is Jamie Moran and I am a surfer from Ocean City, New Jersey. I was born in New Jersey but went to school (both high school and college) in Pennsylvania. So technically I was a shoobie for a good portion of my life. (for those who don’t know shoobie…definition: someone who doesn’t live near the beach but when they come to a beach town they act like they own it; also, someone who wears shoes on the beach…yup, that was me – minus the wearing shoes on the beach). I really don’t like writing about myself on these about/bio types of things so here is a quick rundown.

• I love to surf
• I love to snowboard
• I like to skate, but my ankles are beginning to hate me
• I love traveling
• I ride for Ezekiel, Smith, Dakine, XCEL, Lost surfboards, Heritage Surf and Sport
• I do web design so that I don’t starve on the streets
• I eat 3 times a day
• I love to push myself
• I have the best family in the world
• I also have the best friends in the world
• And most of all I am thankful for the opportunities life has provided me
