For those of you who don’t know, I am currently in Australia traveling around and surfing my life away. I have been here for the last two months staying in the Sydney area with a couple of friends as I try to find cover from the cold winter back home. Everything has been amazing here so far. My “local” spot these days is Narrabeen which is home to the likes of WCT vets Nathan Hedge and Nathan Webster, as well as Volcom’s air freak, Ozzie Wright, and many other world renown surfers. The waves here are basically punchy beach breaks with an assortment of points and slabby reefs nearby.  In a nutshell, its pretty close to a surfer’s dream: warm water, great waves, and topless chicks! I will continue to post photos and stories from my adventures in australia so check back soon for more. And if you have every been in interested in making your way over to australia now is a pretty good time for three reasons: 1) The US dollar is doing well over here with an exchange rate of 0.65 AUD = 1 USD – which means things are cheaper. 2) Two days ago I saw a round-trip airfare from Los Angeles to Sydney for $745.00 US on AirNewzealand.com. 3) The chicks are still topless
